About SNAP PCF

SNAP PCF is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company dedicated to representing and supporting parent carers. Our organisation is guided by a Director and a committed Steering Group who provide overall direction for the forum.

The Steering Group meets every half-term to review our activities and ensure we remain focused on our mission.

The day-to-day running of SNAP PCF is managed by our dedicated team:

  • Ann Graves – Engagement Lead and Change Programme Lead
  • Katie Gibbons – Communications Lead

Parent Representatives
We are also supported by Parent Representatives who contribute in a variety of ways. Some attend meetings with education, health, and care services, while others review and provide feedback on key documents. Both our staff and Steering Group members share parents lived experiences in meetings to ensure voices are heard and valued.
