The Breaking Down Barriers course is ideal for parents, carers and relatives, who have either recently received a diagnosis or who would like to learn more about Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and/or Autistic Spectrum Conditions (ASC).
This interactive and practical course will give you a comprehensive insight into your child’s condition. It will enable you to build upon your existing strengths and enhance your family relationships.
You will learn new strategies to help improve your child’s self-esteem, develop ways to increase their social skills & independence and gain a broader understanding of the external factors that contribute to their behaviour.

*This course is typically delivered over 7 x 3 hourly weekly sessions and is led by Specialist ADHD/ASC Trainers who have also parented a child with ADHD/ASC.
