SNAP PCF is a Community Interest Company. We have a Director and Steering Group Members who take overall responsibility for direction of the forum. We employ a Participation Manager who, alongside a Business Support Administrator is responsible for the running of the forum.

The Steering Group meet every half-term to review our activities. We have Parent Representatives who we pay to attend meetings with the Local Authority, Health and other providers, to influence and improve services that our families use.
